Our carpets look exceptional! We are very pleased with the results. Steam cleaning never seemed to clean the edges of the stairs so I was seeking a different process. In my search I heard about the Oxi Fresh process that lifts the pile while cleaning. These are the results we were seeking! The carpets look terrific & the stairs look amazing. The rep was a pleasant & polite person, arrived at the scheduled time, a hard worker that wanted to make sure we understood the process and that we were pleased with the results. We will be calling Oxi Fresh from now on.
