Sean can to my home and did a great job getting up all my stains. It took his time and did a fantastic job. Well worth the money. Carpet looks great again!

It was unclear that the tech would not be moving any furniture so it was disappointing to find that out when I called the day before asking for any preparation instructions. It does not make sense to me to charge by room size even if the floorspace is not 100% covered. When speaking with the customer service representative, I was able to get a slight discount for the inconvenience but I feel like I was misled during original purchase. I would recommend making this information public on your website for future customers to understand this for their decision making.
