Joe helped me move some things out of the way, answered my questions about what could get wet, followed my wishes about not getting too near some pieces that couldn't be moved, and did the 3 rugs and 1 hallway efficiently. He also kept his mask on during his entire visit, which I did not have to request and greatly appreciated.

Oxi did a great job of getting stains out of our carpet from our pet. We have used several companies in the past, but Oxi was the first to not try and upcharge us for more services we dont want. Carpet looks great. Highly recommend.

Keith was Awesome to work with, first he stayed in-contact with me on his arrival time. once he arrived, he was very friendly and professional. he looked over the job in hand and quickly went to work. what a difference in my carpet, looks and smells like New.
