I actually didn't get to use the service just yet as I had to cancel previous appointment. However the prices were reasonable and the customerservice was wonderful!!!

Nice Job !!! Nice clean odor after the carpet was done. He got out some bad pet stains, that was my main concern. Very friendly staff. Good price for the size of the room he did, overall we were very happy with the results. Scott C. Springfield Ma.

I was not pleased with the service.
The technician was over an hour late. He did call to tell me that he was running late, so that wasn’t the issue. When the technician arrived, I asked if he could do the small landing at the top of the stairs, he stated he would have to charge me for a full room (it is a 40 square foot landing so I told him to skip it and let’s just move forward with the one office floor.
He then made a comment like, “oh, are you busy?”
Certainly not something I would have asked a client, especially if I was over an hour late.
After letting the office space dry for 24 hours I vacuumed the space, as recommended.
Although he got the coffee stains out, today there is a white film on the carpet, not sure why it looks like this.
I called the office today and someone will be calling me back.
