For starters, the service man smells like a walking ashtray. My entire house smells like smoke for two days. Did not vacuum either one of the rooms now I have wet dog hair everywhere on the baseboards and all in the carpet. One of the bedrooms the floor so wet it smells like mold. Was very disappointing in the work.
