The service guy that did my rugs did not disappoint me.Nt, he did a fantastic job, but your service, your company disappointed me.They told me that they would measure my rugs to see if I had the right measurement.No one measured it and I don't see how you could have charged me for 2 rooms plus stairs when you initially told me that 1 room was 25 feet by 20 feet. I have all the measurements. It doesn't add up and it also was told to me that Jared would call me back. There was never a call back. Yes I am disappointed SD. - Metairie, LA - 03/13/2024
