I was told by phone that area rugs could be done, however the technician said our rugs needed to be dry cleaned because the brushes on his machine could possibly damage the rug. So that was task was not performed. He did clean the hallway carpet. We asked it we could have a small space in one room, approximately 45sf, done instead of the 2 rugs, and he agreed. I did not expect the higher additional charge since the rugs were removed from the job.
I will say that the technician, David, was very polite and thorough with what was accomplished.

The stains are still there, the carpet is crunchy from residue, and there are residue footprints all over wood floor I can’t very easily get up.
