I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, work ethic and expert knowledge of David, the technician who performed the job. He was knowledgable, personable and went above and beyond to ensure that our carpet was clean. He explained each step that he took, and even took the time to remove a particularly stubborn stain from the carpet.
