When I made the appointment, I didn’t realize this wasn’t a steam cleaning. The tech was very polite, explained what he was doing, when I asked. The cleaning was a rental house that had pet urine stains and odors. It smelled nice when he left, but the next day, the smell of urine was back and I didn’t feel the carpets looked as clean as they should.
We had a steam extraction company come and re do the house.
This product just isn’t for us.

It is pet friendly and it dries quickly smells amazing!! And the person that cleans is so nice and professional and know exactly what he is doing.
