I've always been happy with the service people who have cleaned my house, carpets and furniture. It often happens that I think of something else that I'd like to have cleaned while they're here, and they have added this extra to the schedule. The carpet cleaner was at my house for not more than 15 minutes. The amount of stains and dirt seem to have doubled or tripled as if he was using dirty water. The bathroom was supposed to be included in the cleaning but was not even touched. I have never had this bad of service from you all and have used you all for years.
