Very nice gentlemen who worked very hard at the application. Pleasure to speak with and handled everything in a timely manner. Overall I do not see where the actual application did anything drastic. I paid an extra $20 for a deep extraction in a 3x4 area and it soaked the area and smell like the cat urine was even stronger. AH. - Vincennes, IN - 05/04/2022
