Customer service was great to work with. The only issue was that the technician was 45 minutes late and never called. He said he didn't have any phone number to call. Jordan not only tolerated our dog pack, they adopted him. :) Very thorough job. Efficient and courteous. Carpets look and smell great! Just what we needed. This is why we call you first every time.
