Greetings!!! Please take note of our serious and disturbing situation with this company and representative. First of all, we were upcharged an extra $200... unacceptable! No furniture, including night stands were not moved!! Only walking areas were cleaned! We were told if we give a negative comment, your lawyers would come after us and sue us!! He was in such a hurry to get out of here and didn't take his time to do the job completely. He thought so. He called us on EASTER to ask why we gave him bad marks. He then sent another text and email for another opportunity to change our low score. He called again and actually came to our house and called again. This is harassment!!! My father in law has a lung disease and we needed the carpets and furniture cleaned well before he came home from the hospital. So, we needed to purchase new furniture because the smell was not removed. I am not the associates friend, I am a client and customer. I have never felt so overwhelmed and literally abused because he never asked what I thought, he TOLD me what I thought and when I asked about going over a stain, he said there was nothing he could do. I have never felt so horrible about a business or representative ever! In conclusion, please do not have this representative contact us again. Thank you for your time in matter. Great service, very knowledgeable about how to keep carpet clean and what can be done to prolong the useful life of the carpet. David is very personable, great communication skills, answered all my questions.
