The guy was very friendly i have no complaints about him but the Actual cleaning was disappointing. Many of the stains in my kids playroom did not come up. In addition when cleaning the stairs the machine left black marks all the way down. They are coming for a redo tomorrow hoping it cleans them better. We have had way better results with Stanley steamer in the past at least getting the stains removed. For $250 I was expecting my carpets to look pretty clean not still stained.
