Carpet looks better than expected. Austin was friendly and professional. My only negative comment would be that it is advertised as carpet dries in about an hour. Tech was done around 12:45 pm and carpet was still damp at 10:00 pm. It dried overnight. JF. - Jasper, IN - 03/28/2024
