The products were amazing and the service was a breath of fresh air! Not to mention our home now smells like fresh air. Honestly, we were looking for that spring time help with our area carpets and this company did everything right. Next day service and they went above and beyond for the best price in town. Call center was efficient with questions and scheduling. My technician Mark was friendly, polite, efficient and able to explain the cleaning process well. Like that ingredients are environmentally friendly. Very quick drying time - my 280sq ft master bedroom was completely dry in 2 hours with the ceiling fan running - definitely only felt damp when he finished, there was no water saturation of the carpet.
