Service was great but afterwards, i have had trouble getting ahold of the tech or main office line to return my call to schedule to come back out under the 7 day guarantee since we still have some stains. Please call at 317 607 3979!

The associate who did our carpet was very punctual, Nice and knowledgeable. He also did 2 extra rooms that I didn't add to the original order. I definitely would use his service again.

I was hoping that the stains on my couch if not dissapeard at least improve but it is now dry and all stains are as if nothing has happened.

The shorter dry time was a positive attribute. Ease of scheduling is positive. William was very attentive to communication throughout the entire process. We were very well informed of everything happening on the day of our service. High quality.
