Poor service, driver was supposed to text me when he was on his way, never texted me so I had to call to confirm my appt and he seemed angry when he got to my house. He basically blot cleaned 2 stains and then asked for a tip. Stains returned the next day. I had to call a different company, they showed up the same day and removed the stains. When I made the appointment I was very clear about the status of the carpet. We have a pet, so there were two areas with pet urine stains. The person who made the appointment said, no problem we have treatment for that and quoted me for the room cleaning and extra treatment. When the technician arrived he had a litany of excuses why he didn’t want to clean the room. He wanted to upcharge me, despite already being quoted for the pet treatment, he then said he didn’t accept checks, despite me confirming that morning that they did and then he said the room was impossible to clean (the carpet is only a year old and again they are NOT ruined stains). He said cleaning that would smell up his van and machine and he didn’t want to do that. Told me the only way to clean is to rip up the carpet. I told him again I understood it would be surface cleaning and that I needed that done. He was rude to my mother who would there and said this isn’t my fault but I refuse to do this. I have reached out to the owner and received no response. This was a horrible, stressful and one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. I have had my carpets cleaned before with pet stains at a previous home with older carpet and worse stains and I’ve never had an issue. This company is awful. DH. - St. Charles, IL - 12/18/2021

Unfortunately the stains were not removed. We were unable to tell when the technician showed us because the carpet appeared “wet/clean” but after a few hours, once it dried out, it became very clear that the $500.00 we paid were not worth the results. Worst experience ever! I would never do business with this company, especially in St Charles IL. Long story short, we had 2 no shows or calls to our house for service. I ended up having to speak with the owner Lance regarding this issue. On 08/25 I spoke with Lance at 2:32PM CST. Informed him of our situation. We had a 12PM appointment to clean 4 rooms, hallway, and staircase on Wednesday the 25th 2021. The individual for our appointment never showed up or called. Not even their customer service had called to inform us with any news. Spoke with Lance and expressed my concerns. Upon agreement, in order to keep our business and service, we decided to reschedule for the 3rd time on 8/30/21 at 1PM. Our agreed amount all in was $150.00 in order to keep the business. Lance was 100% confident on the phone and very apologetic. Zack, the service manager shows up to our house and informs us that the price has not changed. 30 minutes later we finally got a hold of someone in customer service to tell us that the amount for $150.00 that was agreed upon is in fact correct. Zack then informs me that he spoke to Lance's wife and she said that yes the amount is correct however you need to charge them for any additional work. Apparently, they wanted to upcharge us more than what was discussed. They can't seem to keep their promises. Because I wasn't going to pay anything more than what we had agreed upon, the owner's wife said to Zack, then only do what is $150.00 worth of work because I am too busy to talk to the customer, which means they would end up only cleaning half of our master bedroom.
