The work was done well, and Rene did a good job with the task. Our disappointment was in that it was never explained that walk in closets were not considered part of the bedroom. It is understandable to a certain degree, but we wish that it could have been explained on the phone and also asked by the technician if it should have been included. I had an appointment at noon on Sunday and no one showed up. I only had two numbers to call and both stated no hours to speak with anyone until Monday. At 3pm, I got a call. They tried to say we were not home (not true) but then said they had an emergency and so they could not make the noon appointment. Then, they scheduled someone on Sunday at 5pm. He showed up at 6pm saying I was far out of town. He should have known how long to drive to my place before coming to the appointment. My quoted price stayed the same at the time I paid my bill even though I omitted 2 bedrooms. The service man Zach would not listen to me on that point and stated my stairs were not included, not true. However, the representative who made my appointment asked thorough questions about what carpet was to be cleaned, sizes of stair runners and room sizes. Zach said he would remove stains for free but then he charged me. He was all over the place with stating he was doing services for free. My bill did not show that anything was free. I did add scotch guard and freshener to remove previous dog smell. The price was 200 extra which was an outrageous amount. My total bill was 600 when I was quoted at 300.
