The carpet feels stiff. I didn’t expect that the soap would not be rinsed out. When I shampoo using my own machine, I rinse with clear water because soapy carpet attracts dirt much quicker. I’m sure the stiffness will wear off as I walk on it, but a rinsed carpet is nice and soft and this is not. RG. - Algonquin, IL - 03/31/2024

Repeatedly insisted on moving up the scheduled cleaning time four hours. I tried to for moving up the timeslot two hours earlier to accommodate but that wasn’t good enough. I eventually caved. Visibly annoyed when I wasn’t looking to do any add-ons. Kept coming back to it to change my mind. The above aside, the carpets honestly look worse than when they started. We have vacuumed them three times in 12 hours to get them to the state they were. The only way to make it right is to pay for the other carpet company I already scheduled to redo the carpet’s, otherwise a refund. I’m not holding my breath. I had an appointment scheduled for 9/4. I received a reminder Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. No one showed on the 4th. I get that it was a holiday, but why schedule, and why send me 3 reminders of the appointment for the 4th?! On top of that, I can an email on the 4th asking me to rate the quality of services received. What services? No one showed. My husband called the next day and was told that someone would call back. Did that happen? No. My husband called again on Wednesday and was informed by a very rude receptionist that we would just need to reschedule.
