As for carpet cleaning, we had one of the best experiences to date. Brian was very personable. polite, and professional. We look forward to having our carpet cleaned by Oxi Fresh again in the future. If there was a rating of 11, Brian and his service would fit that category, A Job Well Done!

Brochure says “Every part of the furniture is thoroughly vacuumed to remove loose debris, grit, and dirt.” He didn’t vacuum any thing. In fact, I had to vacuum in between the cushions when he left. He also missed a few spots on the couch that I noticed once he left. I had him clean my stair case and landing while he was here and he asked me to vacuum them before he did them. Which I thought was very strange. Not worth $365 that I paid to have to vacuum my own stairs and had to vacuum my couch once he left. He was a nice guy tho.

The carpets looked excellent and clean after our service. The non-chemical nature of the cleaning leaves the carpets extremely clean and fresh smelling without any odor or added scent overlay.
