The carpet does not look clean. The tech spent 20 minutes to do 5 rooms for the cost of over $284 My husband asked to speak to someone and was told the manager would get back to him and never did. This morning the carpet really looked bad! I called to someone was told the owner would call back that was over 6 hours ago. I advised I wanted the carpet re-cleaned by a different technician or I want my money back so I can call another company to clean the carpeting. My cleaning was cancelled without any notice and I had to call to question where the tech was after an hour had passed. Then they tried to blame me but I had been in communication with the team weeks and the night before the cleaning. The tech was bossy and kept saying what he can’t do. We had to get a hose for him afterwards so he could clean his equipment. Ge should bring his own. The equipment was dirty and his brush was dirty. Not professional at all. No shoe booties. It took about 20 minutes. He kept telling me his grandmother’s solutions to get stains out. I thought you were much more professional last time we used you. Where do I begin. The service tech arrived an hour late without calling. When he finally arrived, I took him to where the rug was. He then wanted me to put it in the garage. I live in a brand new construction subdivision where there is still dust and workers everywhere. I warned him about this but he still insisted. The entire time he was complaining about his arm being hurt on the job and that he shouldn’t even be here. So I brought the rug up from my basement into the garage. Once I laid it out I walked into my home. Not 5 minutes later he said that he was done. I walked out to find the same stains, and parts of the rug that weren’t even cleaned. I had another rug for him to clean and decided to cancel that. He still had the Audacity to ask for a tip. This gentleman was horrible, lazy and truly not someone that I ever want in my home again. We have been regular customers of OxiClean for a while now because of the amazing customer service and quality we received. But this experience was very disappointing. The technician was very bossy and basically told us what to do. Made it sound like he was giving us a deal. But the quality of work was subpar. He claimed that he couldn't get his equipment close to a stain that was near the wall even though we were able to get it with our own machine after he left. The tech moved very fast and seemed to just gloss over everything. He was very pushy. Didn't "ask" for things. Just told me to give them to him. Went to use our kitchen sink without first asking me. I wanted to get dishes out of the sink first. But he hovered over me. Told me to give him a cup of ice rather than asking. I'm happy to give a glass of ice if someone asks.
