Edge of stair case still left a bit dirty ur employee was late n we had a rug cleaned n we asked her if it would come out clean but it didn’t only got a bit clean es n we paid a xtra $35.00 I called company yesterday n they said they will contact her to give us some $$ back but we never got a call from her her name Marusca. We we’re dissatisfied last person we use from o I clean for years did a great job .

In one bedroom, the machine made an indentation in the carpet about 1 ft long and 1 inch wide. I did not notice until the gentleman left. I have tried putting on ice cubes etc but indentation has not disappeared.
