The technician was very friendly and efficient. The carpets he cleaned look great and did not take long to dry. He came a little early, but it worked out OK. He was honest about the fact his method would not work on the water stains in the basement carpet. He said the basement needed to be steam cleaned. He cleaned our living room carpet, rather than the basement carpet. The pricing was fair. Overall, an excellent job!

Carpets looked absolutely beautiful, like new. Didn’t take long and carpets dried in about 3 hours. Will definitely book again. Great customer service. Added an area rug at a great price at the time of appointment. Very accommodating.
