The service rep was very punctual and very polite. He also did an exceptionally good job. I will definitely recommend Oxi Fresh and him to my friends and family.

I had Julian do service this morning and he was OUSTANDING. My first time using OXI Clean and will definitely be using them again. He was first class, very professional, and communicated very well from beginning to end. He was very cordial, on-time, and someone you should be proud of as an employee. Thanks...Joe

This company is TOTAL GARBAGE. More specifically, NATHAN, who was scheduled to come to my home on two separate occasions and canceled both times on the day he was supposed to provide service; the last time 20 minutes before he was supposed to show up. I called the main OxiFresh main number to request a different "owner" and instead of trying to find someone who could come I was told there was no one available and that they would call Nathan to see what the issue was. HOWEVER, the rep came back on the line to tell me that the number he had for Nathan was not a working number. WTF....how are you setting appointments for a) someone who is irresponsible and doesn't show up for appointments and b) someone who you as a company can't even contact because you don't have the correct information for him??? I will NEVER call this company again. Too many other legit and competent companies out there that can do the same thing!

I was disappointed to get a text 6 minutes before my appointment advising you could not make it that day. Nobody else available to come that day, so only option was a reschedule. However, I did appreciate the discount that was offered if I had reschedule and your pricing was great.

I sat at the house for three hours waiting for you to show up. I called your corporate number, and THEY couldn't get hold of you. I still have not heard word one as to why no one showed up. I get it if something comes up, but to not have called me to let me know is total BS. And I still have no explanation, no apology, no nothing. I took an entire day off work and got totally screwed
