Horrible…. Carpets are just as dirty as before they were cleaned! Didn’t even get near the baseboards.. needed to be steam cleaned! Took 20 minutes to clean? Really? Unheard of! Have pictures to show the stains are still there!! ,, was very disappointed.. waited for the manager to call me back.. never heard from them.. Definitely want my money back!!!!!!!!! Such a scam!!!!!!

Told you what and why I needed rugs cleaned. Upon arrival the price nearly tripled. Post-cleaning the stains are still present and the odor remains.

All carpet stains are still there, including traffic areas. Not a single stain went out. Carpet looks the same before it was "cleaned"

Switch and bait on the price. I was quoted $114 with my 2 room coupon. Which is what I usually pay with you all for this job...When the agent Zach came out. In my opinion along with the witness of my neighbor. He was rude, and he smelled like cigars witch was disgusting. He rudely insisted that the price would be $313 but with the coupon he could do it for $244.

Carpet did not get cleaned (machine broke), technician was rude, was told that the price was quoted was not enough—-just a few of the many things that went wrong with my experience. Still awaiting a cal from the owner

The technician will ask you to more treatment on carpet. The price is always higher than you checked the website. Also ask the tip. They didn't want to know what you exactly want to do. Or didn't hear your opinion.
