Just not satisfied with the product. Left a soapy feel to the carpet even after vacuuming it 5 times in a row. Just didn't feel clean. The workers were diligent & nice but the product was not a joy.

As a mother of 3 children and 2 dogs, I love that this is a non toxic way of cleaning the carpets. I am very adamant about keeping our home clean and I still could not believe the amount of gunk that came out of our carpet from just the first treatment that I didn’t even realize was in there! I quickly realized how regular vacuums and carpet shampooers miss so much that you can only remove with professional treatment! Almost all of our stains are almost completely gone, and the carpet is so much fluffier and brighter looking. In some rooms it’s almost as if it’s brand new again. The two people who came to our house were so kind and very informative throughout the entire process. Will definitely be using this company again!

Great communication before and during service. Thorough, considerate, efficient. On time and I felt very reliable and knowledgeable about their products and my fabrics.

Very professional and knowledgeable team. They explained the process and exceeded expectations. Will absolue use them again, my carpets were very heavily soiled and they were able to clean and bring them back to life.
