It’s a fraudulent company!
The carpet was marked pretending to be basic cleaned but it’s a real disappointment!
I will be posting reviews everywhere never to trust this company.

The technician (Zack) arrived late at the appointment without saying he will be late. After an inspection of my basement and area rug I have previously requested to have cleaned over the phone, I was given double the quote we agreed on the phone ($360 instead of the agreed $174). He arrived at 10:07 am, started cleaning at 10:25 am. He drove off of my driveway at 10:54 am. So 3 rooms, 1 stairway and an area rug (3x5) for less than 30 min?! He claimed that he performed “deep cleaning” but the carpet in my basement looks the same as before! He only touched up some areas where you could clearly see dirt, and the rest he left not cleaned. I can tell by the carpet not been wet compared to other spots he worked on. I lifted up all of the furniture and I vacuumed (thank God because nobody told me I should prior) before he came, but a few of my son’s toys were left on the floor and I noticed that he did not even put them on the side or anything so he can clean underneath them or around them! Clearly he did not perform any kind of cleaning but more of a spot “cleaning”. Not to mention his attitude…it made me feel very uncomfortable being home alone with my baby.
I did try to contact the owner of this franchise (Maruska) but no luck. I felt totally ripped off and I will deff not recommend you to anyone! You guys are a huge scam!

My carpet now has darkened in some areas, and compared to other companies I've used, it just doesn't look as clean. There was no raking of the fibers. I really don't think you can make it right.
