Two separate appointments were missed and had to be rescheduled after I rearranged my day twice. The technician that came on the 3rd try made me feel very uncomfortable and pressured into giving him a tip via as he held on to the smartphone and pointed to the tip screen and watched if I gave him a tip. Cost me $23 for 10% I was pressured to give that wasn’t earned. I would like a refund of the service charge due to the multiple cancellations and the $23 tip (aprox $50 total). They didn’t come on the scheduled day the first time. When I called they said the technician didn’t receive notice of the appointment. Then the price quoted was higher than when they were supposed to come the first time. They did discount it: The technician cleaned for approximately 10 minutes. It takes me 10 minutes to vacuum so I’m not sure how they sufficiently cleaned the carpet in such a short time frame. CH. - Batavia, IL - 08/04/2023
