I felt like my carpets got a glorified vacuum. I pointed out small stains I wanted cleaned and they were hardly touched. I took a small brush cleaned and patted dry with a white towel and the stain immediately came up, I could see the discoloration on the towel. The carpet felt crunchy in a lot of areas and not in a good way. Maybe my expectations were not met because of the no chemical or any water. I didn’t understand how that could clean anything and I was it didn’t.

The awesome results and the fact that carpet is dry and able to return to normal …also the professional work of Steve who we have used at least 3 times and trust completely with our carpets and never disappoints

I loved how well it cleaned and didn’t leave your carpets really wet. Steve and as very nice and knowledgeable about cleaning and vacuuming carpets. Very happy with the result and will use again.
