The service was great, our carpets look much better. I wasn’t expecting them to look so matted down afterward, but it fluffed back up just fine after we vacuumed. Other companies we’ve used usually always vacuum prior to cleaning, but that wasn’t done this time, not sure if that is standard or not. I’m still happy with the service though, thank you.
