The tech didn’t clean my sofa cushions, at first he told me he is not doing it since He is worried the threads will come out, I asked him to try infront of me to see what happens. Then he said he can’t do it since he was getting late for next appt, despite showing up at my place an hour before appt.

I’ve used your company twice. Very very happy the first time…. Really spent a good bit of time making sure he got rug clean in bad spots!!!!!!
The last time, The technician , did a good job, but only spent about 15 minutes cleaning my area rug. (Only thing I had done) I would use your company again, but would wait for John to clean it!!!!!
