First of all, the Ricky who came to clean the carpets was such a gentlemen and so professional. He cleaned the carpet very well and we could not have been happier. All that was very positive BUT to say it’s “dry cleaning” is not correct. This had nothing to do with Ricky; it was the scheduler who led me to believe the carpet would not get wet at all.
