I had an 8am appointment. The tech arrived at approximately 8:27am. This was on Mother's Day, which inconvenienced the rest of my day. The appointment starting late was not as significant as the equipment needed not being available, which I was not told about in advance by the owners (the tech wasn't aware). My appointment included a sectional cleaning, which couldn't happen but they attempted at my request in the afternoon only for the equipment to break and me to miss an afternoon appointment because the equipment arrived 45 minutes past the time I requested. Making it right looks like a 50 percent discount and an appointment no later than next week.
