The technician was on time and very courteous. After cleaning the area carpet I asked why the edges were “scalloped “ and lumpy. He said that would disappear when the carpet was dry but we still have one side of the carpet that isn’t back to normal. We haven’t put the furniture back in place and are hoping to do so tomorrow. If the condition remains the same we will contact you for help.
