This is the second time I’ve used him within a month. The young lady that was here did an incredible job. It was nice. But I do have a suggestion for your company. I noticed twice you have a tip gratuity for a job. Well, you are done, as you say. I feel that you don’t pay your employees enough to have customers give them a tip for the service rendered. I believe you’re trying to make it. Hence, customers are comfortable not tipping, so my recommendation to you is to please pay technicians better pay without having to ask us for tips as a customer. I think whatever price you pay is what you pay thank you.

Carpet look great, low dry time. The young men that came out was very pleasant, friendly and professional. He did a very good job on the stubborn unknown stains from the tenant.
