Ok. I want to tell you that I was pretty unhappy with a guy who came and he wasn't happy either he like slammed the door when he left he did a crappy job he left the water all over he's soaked my rug because there was some kind of leak in the equipment, (which he tried to tape, unsuccessfully).so he soaked a rug that he wasn't cleaning and we have tile floors I almost broke my neck like several times and he offered to clean it up but didn't clean it up so I'm pretty annoyed and actually most of the stains have come back it took all night for the carpets and the rug to dry.

I have used other companies before but none of them ever compare to the wonderful cleaning job they do to my white bedroom carpet. Between the foot traffic and the accidents of my two dogs, I'm always amazed how they make my carpet look like it's brand new!!

Carpet was not as clean as I thought it would be. Middle of stairs when compared to the edges is still dirty. :((
