We contacted you to clean two rooms and an area rug. The one room looks great, the second room looks ok. The carpet looks "splotchy" as if there were spots on the rug that were skipped. The area rug is where I'm most disappointed. The rug looks worse now than before the cleaning. It looks like the technician was rushing through it. Prior to receiving your services, I cleaned a small patch of the rug by hand. Needless to say, that spot is cleaner than the area around it. My rug is three-toned due to the insufficient cleaning.
