I had an amazing experience with Oxi Fresh! Jeffery came out on Wednesday to clean two rooms and my couch, and he did an outstanding job. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned. My carpets and couch look and smell so fresh—like new again! We needed 2 area rugs cleaned on short notice and they were able to accommodate us the same day. They were much more reasonably priced than S.S. or one other companies we called. I like that their system doesn't involve pumping a lot of hot water into the carpet and pad and then trying to suck it all out. Pads and floors stay damp and can get mold or mildew if a spot is missed. Their technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We also received multiple phone calls updating us on their time of arrival which was nice. We had a very good experience with nothing bad to say. I would recommend their service to everyone.
