Connor did a thorough job and was very conscientious. He left the pillows from the couch in disarray, without giving us any instruction on how they should dry. He seemed very hurried to get to his next job. Overall, the couch looks terrific, and we would use your service again. When Connor got here, we were informed that he couldn't clean our chair, since the fabric was partially linen. No one in our initial setup call asked what kinds of fabric were on our furniture. I'd like to suggest that you add this to your setup call so that you can set the proper expectations. I do NOT fault Connor on this. He did a good job explaining why.
