Everything! The service was outstanding! The rugs were unbelievably clean and the house so fresh smelling! The technician was the absolute best! Could not have been more pleasant and professional!! We are so pleased and will definitely call again!! Thanks!!

The carpet cleaning was not as clean upon looking at it. It was chunks of dirt or carpet that was left in different places, the house had an awful awful odor..I asked did I pay for the deodorizer service and was told yes, however it did not smell like it at all and i pointed that out to Trevon and nothing was done. From prior service with another company, it was just done a lot better for way less...I paid $590 for a smelly house.. none of the little stuff was even pushed out the way to get a full floor clean. I had to go purchase carpet deodorizer to have the house smell better. I'm just not happy with the service and feel as if I'm still left with dirty carpet and couch.. definitely smelly house.
