I generally love OxiFresh, but I was disappointed with the technician this visit. He was, in my opinion, unprofessional, smelled of cigarette smoke and alcohol did not address the animal stains I had like I typically see with your service. We have a very small job and he was here a short time, which I would expect, but I also would hope for a bit more effort due to the small size.
