I was disappointed when your one rep informed me no furniture would be moved. Since it had been a long time since we'd had them cleaned that was something important to me. I probably should have asked when setting the date, but I've never had a carpet cleaner that didn't move and clean under the furniture in the rooms. He didn't even clean under the beds where the carpet was accessible. He did a very satisfactory job otherwise and was very pleasant. However, I would hesitate to use your company again due to the no-moving policy.
