The cleaning didn't lift most of the stains in the carpet. We had to go back and hand clean many of them. The quality of the cleaning job was substandard.

Cleaning was ok, but i was charged twice on 5/26/23. No one is answering the phone and cannot find an email or web site that does anything but schedule appointments. Also, cannot leave a message. So, guess I'll have to call my credit card company. Difficulties that wouldn't have expected from nationwide? company.
