I just paid $400 to have four bedroom carpets cleaned and deodorized. As the gentleman (very nice and professional I will add) was cleaning the carpets, I kept thinking how in the world does that process get the carpets clean, but I didn’t ask. The gentleman left and that was that. However, all I could smell was wet dog. Odd because I had paid for deodorizer. Anyway, doubt set in that the carpets weren’t even clean so I took out my carpet cleaner and recleaned one of the rooms. I have aa video showing what the water looked like after the RE-clean if you would like to see it. I don’t even know what to think. $400…that is a lot of money! All to have to go and do them again myself. I decided to pay to have this done because I assumed it would get my carpets cleaner that I could have. I am not expecting the water to be clear, but anyone with eyes knows those carpets were still very dirty.
Please change your cleaning methods it isn’t fair you charge so much for a very poor job.

Process they use did not deep clean my carpet and had to bring in another company that uses high temp water and machine to get carpet to acceptable condition.
