The carpet has a weird chemical film on it. It was soft before and now it is crinkly. The carpet actually smells worse now than before. I now have to hire another company to clean the carpet and hopefully fix the situation.
The only thing that could make it right is to give me some of money back. I would not allow my carpets to be cleaned by you again.
