I was looking for a company to clean my dad’s carpets and found Oxi-Fresh online. Reviews were excellent, so I booked them online on Tuesday and arranged for them to clean the carpets on Thursday. Company response was quick, and had me on the scheduled time I requested. Their employee Connor sent a message telling me he was on the way on Thursday. Very prompt, courteous, and professional. The carpets look great. 2 small rooms. He even got out a water stain in the corner. I recommend this company 1000 percent. Took about an hour and it dries quickly. Cost was very reasonable. I asked Connor how long he had worked for this company and he told me several years. He really is good at his job. Thank you Oxi-fresh.
