I thought that I had ruined my carpet after trying to remove heavy pet stains on my own. Thankfully, I called the right place. Jim really went the extra mile to remove the stains, and work the carpet by had to restore its' texture. Not only that, but he left me with product to treat any future pet stains, and he offered to come back to deodorize it one more time. Sometimes the DIY approach isn't worth it!

We were serviced by a carpet magician who turned the shabby looking carpet at one of our rental properties into a clean and refreshed carpet! Will use again
