Carpets came out clean, except for some heavily soiled areas on the cloth border of an area rug. I nott too happy about the feel of the carpets after they were dry. They use to have a soft, almost silky feel. They are now stiff, like they still have some residual detergent left in them. Also, the nap of the carpets now look like they were scrubbed to hard. Never had that with the company we use at our other house. They are not in the area of this house so we tried Oxi Fresh. The technician was super nice, prompt and very professional. Just not all that happy with our carpets now, which are about 3 years old and were not very dirty. We just wanted to freshen up the summer house after the season.

Both times I have used the company, the technician called before to tell me how soon they would be there. Sooo much appreciated so I’m not stuck hime waiting all day. Also, I made a huge error and typed in the wrong address. The technician moved his schedule around and tracked an hour away to help me out! The carpets looks and smell great and dry quickly. I’ve already told my friends to use the company!!
