This was our second time hiring Oxi-Fresh to clean the carpets of our apartment building. They were very responsive to our request to schedule an appointment! Less than a week after our inquiry, a team arrived on time and ready to go! The leader of the group did a quick survey to ensure they didn't miss anything throughout the building and then got the team to work. They moved efficiently and missed nothing. The smell of the cleaning fluid used was minimal and the carpet itself dried quickly. The best thing - the carpets looked as new and fresh as the day they were installed. Thank you!
